Appointments
Hours – The Surgery is open from 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a dentist usually in attendance over that period.
Payment policy – The Gunnedah Dental Centre has a policy of not issuing accounts. Payment is expected at the time of consultation. We have EFTPOS facilities and accept cash and cheques . HICAPS, the online claiming system operated for health insurance claims operates as well. Special arrangements can be made for the more advanced procedures so do not hesitate to ask

Cancellation policy – A fee may be charged for failing to attend for an appointment. We would appreciate your earliest notification of being unable to attend an appointment.
Emergencies – Appointments are left spare every day to accommodate emergency patients. If you have a problem call at 8am to secure an emergency appointment.
